Delivery within Malaysia and overseas (selected countries) will be made using PosLaju Malaysia or NinjaVan.
Customer is required to ensure the shipping details (recipient name, postage address, phone number & email address) given in the website are accurate. We would not take any responsibility should the customer do not receive the purchased item due to the inaccurate shipping information.
We ship throughout Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak) as well as Singapore. Shipping charges are quoted based on weight and it will be automatically calculated during checkout.
Delivery within Malaysia will usually takes 3-5 business days.
DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER
Delivery tracking number will be emailed to you once we have fulfilled (i.e. ready for postage) your item in our system. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appears in Poslaju or NinjaVan.
TRACK YOUR PARCEL
You may check your parcel's status using the tracking number that we provided to you via email and key it into the tracking links here https://www.tracking.my/ (for PosLaju) and here https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking (for NinjaVan).
ARRANGING FOR SELF PICK UP
Self-collection at our store is allowable. However, it has to be made during office hour only (weekdays & 9am - 6pm). Please call or whatsapp our phone number at 019-3009502 to arrange the self pick up.
