RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Fifarasol, your satisfaction is our priority. Should you wish to exchange your purchased item, kindly refer to the following terms and conditions:

1. Exchange Policy

We allow our customers to exchange purchased items for any reason until they are fully satisfied, subject to the following conditions:

  • Stock of the new item is available.
  • The item is returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • The item must be in its original condition: UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNTAINTED, UNSCENTED, and with the label tag still attached.
  • The item must be returned together with the completed Product Warranty Form and the purchase invoice.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer and must be paid prior to processing.

2. Wrong or Defective Item

If you received a wrong or defective item due to our mistake, we will replace it with a new one under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition as stated above.
  • The completed Product Warranty Form must be included.
  • In this case, shipping charges will be borne by us.

3. Shipping & Return Process

  • The replacement item will only be shipped after we have received the returned item.
  • Customers are required to provide the return tracking number to our Customer Care team for ease of tracking.

5. Shipping Fee Payment Details

For exchanges, payment for shipping charges should be transferred to the following account:

  • Account Name: Fifarasol Group Sdn Bhd

6. Important Notice

Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in the item being returned to the customer.
